This is due to the anti-virus program blocking the program from unzipping the update properly. Please make sure all FCS Networker files are whitelisted in your anti-virus program. If you can't figure out how to do this you can just go into your C:\FCS Networker folder and unzip the update.zip file into the same folder replacing all older versions of the files and the account creator will be updated.
